It's Friday! This weekend my family is coming to town. My brother is going to install a ceiling fan in our bedroom and some junction boxes in the other rooms. No gym today. I ran around enough at work that I contest I didn't need to go to the gym. I usually ride on Friday's but that just wasn't in the cards for this evening.
I had a good food day today. I am in love with the new Fiber One breakfast bars. They are awesome! If you are looking for a good source of fiber that taste great, try them.

Oh the Crunch Enhancer? Yeah it's a non-nutritive cereal varnish. It's semi-permeable. It's not osmotic. What it does is it coats and seals the flake, prevents the milk from penetrating it.
